Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 July 2026

1. Introduction

Crazyarena ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform for organizations to create and run events, tournaments and competitions, and for individuals to discover and register for them. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

When you create an account or register for an event, we may collect:

  • Account details: name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name and avatar.
  • Profile details you choose to add: phone number, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, and a short bio.
  • Registration details: the events and competitions you register for, team/partner names, and answers to any registration form fields an organizer sets up.
  • Organization details, if you create or manage an organization: organization name, contact details, address and branding assets you upload.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate your account and let you register for, and manage, events.
  • Let organizers view and manage registrations for their own events and competitions.
  • Send registration confirmations and related notifications to the email address you provide.
  • Protect the platform against spam and abusive registrations.
  • Improve and maintain the service.

4. Who can see your information

Organizers and their authorized staff can see the registration details (and any profile fields you submit as part of a registration) for events run by their own organization. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with other organizations beyond the one(s) you register with.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional emails such as registration confirmations.
  • Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth, if you choose to use it.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and spam protection on public registration forms.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and registration data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (see "Contact us" below).

7. Your rights

You can review and update most of your profile information directly from your account settings at any time. You may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

8. Cookies

We use only the minimal cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
