By creating an account or using Crazyarena, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Crazyarena is a platform that lets organizations ("organizers") create and publish events and competitions, and lets individuals ("participants") discover events and submit registrations. We provide the software and infrastructure — the events themselves are created, run and managed by the organizers, not by us.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register or create an organization, and keep it up to date.

If you create or manage an organization, you're responsible for the accuracy of the events, competitions, rules, schedules and fees you publish, and for how you handle the registrations you receive. Any entry fees shown on the platform are set and collected by the organizer directly — Crazyarena does not process payments on the organizer's behalf at this time.

When you register for an event, provide accurate information. Registering with false details, or registering on behalf of someone without their knowledge, may result in your registration being cancelled by the organizer.

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, fraudulent, or automated bulk registrations.
• Attempt to bypass security measures (including bot/spam protection) on the platform.
• Use the platform to collect or misuse other users' personal information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.

Content you upload (event banners, descriptions, organization branding) remains yours. By publishing it on Crazyarena, you grant us the right to display it as part of operating the platform. The Crazyarena name, design and software remain our property.

Crazyarena is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that events listed on the platform will occur as scheduled, or that organizers will fulfill their obligations to participants — those arrangements are between the organizer and the participant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazyarena is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any event or competition organized through it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.
